Registration

The forum is open to researchers, clinicians, caregivers and other professionals in dementia research and care.

1. Open the registration form:

2. Chose your registration type
3. Submit your abstract: Enter your abstract if you wish to present a poster or a lightning talk at the forum. See information on abstract submission below.
4. Submit the form: Complete the form and click submit.
5. Receive confirmation: After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and payment information (please allow some time for the email to arrive).
6. Submit your payment: Follow the payment instructions in the email to complete your registration.

Submission Process

Abstract Format:

• • • Title: Maximum of 20 words.
    • Abstract: Up to 300 words.

• • • Size: A0 (119 x 84 cm), vertical orientation.
    • Setup: Bring your poster on the first day of the symposium and set it up before the welcome address.

We recommend for accommodations the …. Hotel and the … hotel for the proximity to the symposium venue.
